Ingredients:
2 KetoBrownies
1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
2 TBLS Swerve Granular
1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Macros: Per Serving (Makes 8)
Fat - 8g
Net Carbs - 3g
Protein - 4g
Instructions:
1.) Cut each KetoBrownie into 4 squares. Press each square into the bottom of 8 spots in a mini muffin tin.
2.) In a mixing bowl, beat the PB and sweetener until smooth and creamy and place a small amount on top of each KetoBrownie base and place in the freezer to set
3.) Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl and microwave for 15 seconds at a time until smooth
4.) Pour the melted chocolate over the KetoBrownie and PB and place back in the freezer for a few minutes to set
