Delivery & Returns

We want to provide you with a simple and seamless delivery process. The Sinless Snacks team is always looking for ways to improve our service. 

To help us deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, please make sure that you have provided the correct address. If there is no one home at this specified place of pickup then please provide instructions through which it can be left with another suitable neighbor.

Please make sure that you provide the courier with clear, appropriate and reasonable instructions to deliver your order. 

Our third party courier partner will deliver your order to you. We do our best to make sure that the product arrives on time. Being a fresh, handmade product, we aim to deliver your product as soon as possible after baking.

The third party courier we use will provide you with a tracking number so that in case your order becomes lost or stolen, they can help resolve the issue. 

We take no responsibility for any adverse weather conditions such as storms which may cause delays on delivery; traffic or any delay these may cause for your order. 

Please be aware that we will not change the address of your order after it has been placed. If you need to make any adjustments, please cancel with us within our cancellation period and then place a new order for what modifications are required.

SHIPPING POLICY

As of now, we are only shipping within the United States of America. We will bring in international shipping soon.

To fulfill your order of Sinless Snacks, we have partnered with the best logistic companies of the US. 

The standard shipping time of your order takes around 3-5 days after the order is packed & processed. You will be notified every step of the way starting from order processing to delivery via the aforementioned tracking number.

Standard shipping rates apply for all orders. However, you can get free shipping on orders above $50.

We currently do not have any offline stores. We are exclusively online.


REFUND

Your order will be shipped to you with detailed instructions on how to best store them. Your Sinless Snacks bars have an expected shelf life of 365 days from baking day, so make sure they're stored correctly and avoid direct sunlight if possible.

If you have used a discount code to purchase any of our products, we will refund you the same amount that you have paid. 

Speaking of discounts, we allow only one discount coupon at a time.

Please check the packaging and the product as soon as you receive it. If there's an issue such as damaged or opened packaging and you need us to make things right then don't hesitate.

In such a case we will issue a refund of the product.

If you have received a product that is damaged in any way, shape or form, you can send us an email at hello@sinlesssnacks.com and we will arrange another product to ship.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, with clear instructions attached and the email address that you used to place the purchase. 

We will issue a full refund within 7 working days if this request comes through properly.

We regret that we cannot offer any refund if your cancellation is not requested within the outlined timeframe or no confirmation email has been received. 

We take all forms of payments by credit or debit card through our website, with the exception being cheques and cash-on delivery. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in case of a natural disaster or temporary inability for us to launch your product. We will contact you directly if this happens.
