Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Sinless Snack. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may refund it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

We have a 12 month refund policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at hello@sinlesssnacks.com. We’ll refund you in full based on your issue.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We are committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase. Please check the packaging and the product as soon as you receive it. If there's an issue such as damaged or opened packaging and you need us to make things right then don't hesitate.

In such a case we will issue a return and exchange of the product.

RETURN & REFUNDS

If you have received a product that is damaged in any way, shape or form, you can send us an email at hello@sinlesssnacks.com and we will arrange another product to ship.

We want to make sure your return is processed quickly and efficiently. We’ll notify you once we've received it, and inspect the package for any damages or irregularities that may have been incurred during shipping, then approve a refund if appropriate.
