Keto Brownies Recipe - Pumpkin Mousse

KetoBrownie Pumpkin Mousse Parfait


2 KetoBrownies
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Swerve granular sweetener 
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 

Macros: Per Serving (Makes 4)

Net Carbs - 8g
Protein - 10g

1. In a large bowl, use electric mixer to whip up all the ingredients (except brownie) into a creamy mousse.

2. Chop up the brownies into small pieces and then place some in the bottom of 4 glasses, then layer with some mousse and then top with some more brownie.

3. Serve immediately
