LOW CARB CHEESECAKE KETOBROWNIE BITES
INGREDIENTS
- Keto Brownie bars (Chocolate Almond Crunch)
- 1 8 oz block softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbls stevia
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
DIRECTIONS
- Tear small pieces off of the Keto Brownie and place in each spot of 2 mini muffin tins
- Press down with fingers to make a base
- In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, cream, vanilla, stevia and collagen
- Use electric mixer to blend until smooth, you can add more cream if needed depending on your preferred texture
- Add cream cheese mixture over brownie base and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set
