Low Carb Cheesecake KetoBrownie Bites

LOW CARB CHEESECAKE KETOBROWNIE BITES

INGREDIENTS
    • Keto Brownie bars (Chocolate Almond Crunch)
    • 1 8 oz block softened cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 tbls stevia
    • 1 scoop collagen peptides
DIRECTIONS
    1. Tear small pieces off of the Keto Brownie and place in each spot of 2 mini muffin tins
    2. Press down with fingers to make a base
    3. In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, cream, vanilla, stevia and collagen
    4. Use electric mixer to blend until smooth, you can add more cream if needed depending on your preferred texture
    5. Add cream cheese mixture over brownie base and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set
